Get ready for a night of incredible music, Ipswich! We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that the legendary Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra are bringing their spectacular show to the Regent Theatre. Mark your calendars for an evening of pure musical magic that you won’t want to miss!

What to Expect

Known for his electrifying live performances, Jools Holland will once again lead his world-renowned Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, promising an evening packed with energy and musical brilliance. Prepare to be swept away by a vibrant mix of blues, swing, boogie woogie, and ska. It’s more than just a concert; it’s an experience filled with virtuosity and joyful spontaneity that will have you tapping your feet all night long!

Meet the Special Guest

Adding an extra layer of soul to this already incredible lineup, Jools and the Orchestra will be joined by one of the UK’s most celebrated soul voices, Roachford. Jools himself is buzzing about this collaboration, saying: “I’m absolutely delighted to be heading out again with our big band. Having Roachford join us for every night of the tour is a real joy – he’s one of the great soul voices this country has produced, and every time he sings the room lights up. With the mighty Orchestra, our wonderful boogie woogie singers, and the brilliant Joe Webb opening the shows, we’re in for some very special evenings of music.” Sounds amazing, right?

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
