Information - Strength & Conditioning

Join Joe for this free Strength & Conditioning class at Ipswich County Library!
Booking is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear to this session. We also recommend you bring water for hydration.
What is Strength & Conditioning? 
Join our Physiotherapist Joe for this Strength and Conditioning class, which will help to improve your strength, balance, mobility and confidence. The class will consist of standing and chair based body weight exercises, which can be made easier or more challenging to suit all abilities.
