Information - Ipswich Strongest 2025

Get ready for Ipswich Strongest! 

The event is a strongman competition which involves five events for each competitor to participate in. These events are

  • Dumbbell ladder. 5 dumbbells to be lifted over head one by one as quick a possible.
  • Deadlift ladder. Standard deadlift, wagon wheel deadlift into a car deadlift for maximum reps.
  • Yoke into steeple chase. 20M yoke run, 20M sandbag run.
  • Sandbag throw. 4 sandbags to be thrown over a 4M barrier.
  • Atlas stone run. 5 Atlas stones to be loaded onto a descending platform.

In addition to the Competition, there will be stalls, fitness advice and demonstrations
