Bluey’s Big Play Returns to Ipswich!

Great news for families and Bluey fans! Back by popular demand, Bluey, Bingo, Bandit, and Chilli are making their way to Ipswich in the Olivier award-nominated live stage show, Bluey’s Big Play. This delightful theatrical adaptation of the Emmy® award-winning children’s television series is full of brilliantly crafted puppets, catchy music, and plenty of laughter and fun for everyone.

About the Show

When Dad decides to take a little afternoon time out on the bean bag, Bluey and Bingo have other plans! Watch as the clever siblings bring out all their games and creativity to get Dad moving in this charming new story by Bluey creator Joe Brumm. The show also features new music composed by Joff Bush, who is behind the hit series soundtrack. Simply put, this is Bluey, For Real Life!

Bluey’s Big Play is produced by Andrew Kay and Cuffe & Taylor, in partnership with Windmill Theatre Co for BBC Studios.

Accessible Performances

Bluey’s Big Play is committed to being inclusive and accessible to all families:

  • BSL Performance: Friday 6 February at 1:00pm.
    Please note, for customers wanting to see the BSL interpreter clearly, seating to the right side of the auditorium is recommended as the interpreter stands front stage left.
  • Captioned Performances: If you require captioning, it is best to sit in the middle centre of the stalls for clear visibility of the screens.
