We want your views on the future of NHS community services in Suffolk.

Community services support people of all ages — from newborns to those at the end of life. These services represent around £100 million of investment each year and play a vital role in linking GPs, hospitals and social care.

We’re launching a major engagement project to understand:
✔️ What’s working well
✔️ What needs to improve
✔️ What would help make services more accessible and effective

The survey has been co-produced by more than 45 community and voluntary organisations, to ensure diverse voices are heard.

There are lots of accessible ways to take part, including:
🌐 Online form
🖨️ Paper copy
🎤 Voice-to-text Easy Read option
💬 Conversations in your community
🧏 BSL-supported resources, Easy Read animation, multiple languages & large print

👉 View more information and take part here: www.letstalksnee.co.uk/help-shape-community-health-in-suffolk
🗓️ Deadline: 5pm on 1 March 2026

From here, you can take part in our ‘Magic wand ideas board and ‘What do you think’ online survey!

To request hard copies or submit your views directly:
📞 01473 770261
📧 su.conquer@snee.nhs.uk

Your feedback will help co-produce the principles that future NHS community services must follow. Please share your views and help shape the future of care in Suffolk.
