Information - Weird’s Wich

Weird’s WICH, a free augmented reality (AR) Trail for teenagers aged 15 years and above, is not for the faint-hearted with gruesome characters and plenty of jump scares.

Armed only with their smartphone or other mobile device and the guidance of the Weird’s WICH app, players will enjoy unique interactive games that include battling with spectres from the ghostship at the Waterfront, keeping in time with the creepy music man on the Cornhill, and searching for hidden clues in a crypt under the Butter Market.

The first four games were unveiled on Halloween and more games will launch over the next few weeks. The final ultimate battle game will appear on Friday 13 December in Christchurch Park where the aim of the game is to close all the portals.

Strictly for 15 years and above: Download the Weird’s WICH app from your app store; search Weird’s WICH or click here
