Information - A Good Balance Wellness Wednesdays – after work walk
As August quiets down, with many people on holiday and taking a break, we wanted to keep our little community connected. That’s why we’re thrilled to host after-work walks on two Wednesdays this August.
It’s a chance to catch up, chat, share tips, offer support, and celebrate making it to hump day 🐪 with a glass of bubbles after the walk, of course!
As we always say…it’s all about balance.
