Information - Walking Football – Wednesday
The Foundation’s weekly Walking Football sessions offer a fun, social environment for those who are no longer able to participate in regular football.
Taking place at Portman Road and led by qualified, friendly coaches, the sessions provide an opportunity to socialise, as well as reaping the mental and physical benefits of regular exercise.
Our Wednesday morning sessions provide the opportunity for participants to enjoy teas and coffees, joining the Senior Blues sessions on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month.
The Foundation currently offers the following Walking Football sessions:
