A tool which helps people to focus on the most important areas in their lives and ascertain where they are currently, where they want to be and to take realistic, achievable steps to get them nearer to their goals.

The workshop outcomes are:

– Time to explore the areas that are most important in your life

– Understand where you are currently in relation to what you want

– Visually see the steps that you want to take

– Be able to adapt the structure to make it a specific area of focus personal to you
