Information - The ELO Experience

The ELO Experience

The legacy left by Jeff Lynne & The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) barely needs any introduction – between 1972 and 1986 they achieved more combined UK and US Top 40 hits than any other band on the planet! Classics like ‘10538 Overture’, ‘Evil Woman’, ‘Living Thing’, ‘Diary of Horace Wimp’, ‘Don’t Bring Me Down’ and of course ‘Mr Blue Sky’ became the soundtrack of our lives.

In 2016, Jeff Lynne’s ELO returned with a brand new album Alone In The Universe and a UK and World tour. Now, the ELO Experience tour brings you the greatest hits from their impressive back catalogue spanning over 45 years.

Blending rock rhythms with classical influences, ELO also released timeless albums such as A New World Record, Discovery, and Out of the Blue. Their many sell-out tours have cemented ELO as one of the most important and influential bands ever.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
