Information - Romesh Ranganathan – Will Change Your Life

Are you ready for a life-changing experience right here in the heart of Ipswich? We have some incredibly exciting news for comedy fans! The one and only Romesh Ranganathan is headed to the Regent Theatre, and he’s bringing a brand-new show that promises to do exactly what it says on the tin: change your life.

If you’re tired of the usual self-help books and “quick fixes” that never seem to work, Romesh has the answer. His latest tour, Will Change Your Life, is coming to town for two nights of hilarious, cynical, and surprisingly “scientific” comedy.

What can you expect from the show?

Romesh is moving away from the typical papering over the cracks. According to his own (not entirely legal) claims, this show is scientifically proven to improve your self-esteem. In fact, he suggests that simply standing next to his tour poster could boost your attractiveness!

Got problems at home? Romesh is here to help you master the art of bottling up those feelings and pouring them out to a room full of strangers instead. It’s the ultimate night out for anyone who wants to laugh at the absurdity of modern life while becoming a certified “Romesh Rangana-FAN.”

A household name on the Regent stage

We are so lucky to have one of the UK’s busiest and most beloved comedians visiting us in Ipswich. You’ll recognise Romesh from his countless hit TV shows, including The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, A League Of Their Own, Rob & Romesh Vs, and The Weakest Link.

When he’s not on your screen, he’s taking over the airwaves on BBC Radio 2 or chatting away on his hit podcasts like Wolf & Owl. Now is your chance to see his sharp wit and deadpan delivery live and in person.

A little disclaimer…

In the spirit of Romesh’s honesty, we should mention that his “scientific” claims were based on a sample size of three people who live with him. And the “guarantee” that it will change your life? Well… it might not. But we can guarantee a fantastic night of comedy in one of Ipswich’s most iconic venues!

We can’t wait to see you there. Make sure to grab your tickets early, as Romesh’s shows at the Regent almost always sell out fast!

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
