Information - Public consultation – Waterfront House

Baylight Properties are hosting a public consultation event on Thursday 16th January 2025, to introduce proposals for a new visitor experience on the Ipswich Waterfront.  Waterfront House is a building steeped in history and the attraction looks to celebrate this through exhibitions exploring objects made of clay that we use in our daily lives.

We will be hosting a public consultation drop in event on Thursday 16th January 2025 from 16.00-20.00 at Waterfront House, Wherry Quay, Ipswich, IP4 1AS, where you will be able to learn more about the project.

Baylight Properties are keen to engage with the local community and gather feedback before submitting a planning application to Ipswich Borough Council to change the use of the building.
