Information - Parent & child intro to crochet

A new parent & child intro to crochet together workshop where you will be making small basket each.

This workshop will be giving you a very basic introduction to crochet as you are working off a solid object rather than starting out from scratch.

It will show you how to do a couple of basic stitches to give you an idea of how to crochet.

The baskets have a solid wooden base from which you crochet on to make a basket. You will be learning two different stitches. This will be easier to do, and you will have something to take home either completed or you can easily finish it off at home.

All materials are supplied including a crochet hook each to take home.

Refreshments are also included, the fee is for both parent & child

Please note this is aimed at children aged 8 to 15 years old.

There is also a learn to course which is a little more in depth and would be ideal to do after this one.
