Part of the Brighten the Corners Talks

Tonic Music presents Never Mind The Stigma, a workshop exploring the benefits of listening to music for our mental health – from playing records to attending festivals. Facilitated by Jeordie Shenton (Programmes Lead at Tonic Music), participants are encouraged to take part in this informal, open discussion. Tonic Music is a registered charity with the aim of establishing good mental health within music communities, including providing mental health support for music fans as part of the Never Mind The Stigma programme.
