Information - Moving Minds

Run in association with Inside Out, Moving Minds is open to anyone who feels drawn to the idea of creative dance and movement to support their wellbeing and mental health.

Run in association with Inside Out, Moving Minds is open to anyone who feels drawn to the idea of creative dance and movement to support their wellbeing and mental health.

Suitable for beginners and improvers alike, the sessions aim to inspire members to move more freely, rhythmically, and expressively, both individually and with others in the group.

The sessions are led by Samantha Moss, an experienced DanceEast dance artist.

We aim to create a safe and supportive space to give members the freedom to express themselves while having fun. There is no pressure on anyone to ‘perform’, with members encouraged to progress at their own pace and physical ability.

The session will start at 10.30am and end at 11.45am. Participants are welcome to arrive from 10am for refreshments and conversation. There will also be time for questions at the end of the session.
