Information - Mini Vikings – Thursdays

We’re excited to announce that Mini Vikings is back with a brand-new 6-week term — the perfect opportunity for adults and kids to train, move, and have fun together!

New Term Dates: 13.11.2025
Location: Studio inside FTC Gym, Ipswich, IP1 5LU
Cost: £58 for 6 weeks includes 1 adult + up to 2 children (aged 8–15)

What to Expect: Each Mini Vikings session is designed to be fun, engaging, and effective for all levels. Sessions include: Expert-led warm up, First circuit, Specific drill or focus area, Second circuit, Cool down. All equipment is provided just bring energy and enthusiasm!

Plus, You’ll Also Receive Bonus material on nutrition and fuelling for training. Exclusive access to our next Viking Vitality Live Workshop, led by our team of health and fitness experts. Each block runs for 6 weeks, and every paying adult can bring up to 2 youths (aged 8–15) to train alongside them for free. Please note: To maintain high-quality coaching, places are limited. Once sessions are full, the next chance to join will be the following term.
