Information - Make your own Willow Bird Feeder

Join experienced tutor Jo Hammond for this workshop, learning step-by-step how to create a charming bird feeder complete with its own hanger, perches and roof.

You’ll learn how to make a hoop, to build up the structure and shape with at least two different weaves, and then finally a hanging loop and firm tie to finish.
Please note: Willow weaving is moderately hard work and does require a firm grip.

Our refectories may not be open, so you may wish to bring your own refreshments with you.
