Information - Happiness Brunch

🌼 Happiness Brunches – Eat, Connect, Feel Good

Our Happiness Brunches are joyful community events designed to bring women together in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Held four times a year in different venues across Ipswich, each brunch offers something a little different, but always with the same warm atmosphere.

These events are free to attend and open to all women, regardless of background.

Each brunch includes:

  • Gentle activities or mini workshops to lift your spirits

  • Information comes from local organisations offering support, advice, and opportunities.

  • Fun little projects and creative ways to get involved

We rotate venues to reach as many communities as possible — so every event is accessible, and local to someone new. We’re always working with new partners and organisations, so there’s something new to explore each time.

👉 Follow us on social media to find out where we’ll be next, see photos from past events, and hear about upcoming projects you can get involved in.
