Information - Free Walking activities – Cuppa and a Stroll

Social prescribing, sometimes known as community referral, is a way of connecting people to free local activities, groups and services which will benefit their health and wellbeing.  We offer free walking, cycling and wheeling activities to keep you well and active in Ipswich, all led by fully qualified experts.  Equipment is available to borrow on request.

Come along to this Cuppa and a Stroll session starting from John Lewis

Meet and make new friends. Free drink included!

The session is suitable for people who aren’t able to walk easily. We’ll work up to a half mile walk slowly over a number of sessions and each location offers lots of seating.
