Our Tuesday afternoon led walk is suitable for all ages and abilities. Guided by qualified instructors, it’s a great opportunity to explore the local area and boost your daily steps. Afterward, we head back to the Unity Centre for a relaxing social café break – a chance to sit down, grab a drink, and catch up.
