Information - Fitness Pilates

Show your body some love with Fitness Pilates! A challenging class focusing on alignment, balance, mobility, spinal health, core strength and more.

Fitness Pilates is a feel good workout that helps you move better, feel stronger and walk out feeling lighter and more relaxed.
It focuses on strengthening your core, improving posture, flexibility and balance, while also working the whole body.

Classes are low impact but surprisingly effective, with options given so you can work at your own level. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to exercise, or just want something kinder on the joints, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere, clear guidance, and a great stretch at the end to leave you feeling refreshed, not exhausted. Strong body, relaxed mind, and time just for you!

Instructions
Please arrive 5 minutes early on your first session to complete your health screening form.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in.
Bare feet or grippy socks are recommended to avoid slipping.

Bring a water bottle, a towel (if you’d like to) and a mat if you have one but spares are available to borrow if not.
