Clubbercise is a fun, dance style fitness workout set in the dark with disco lights and glow sticks, creating a full on club atmosphere.
Dance your way through easy-to-follow routines to the best club anthems from the 90s to now while burning calories and boosting fitness.
No dance experience needed and suitable for all fitness levels — just great music, great vibes and a feel-good workout!
Please arrive 5 minutes early on your first session to complete your health screening form and collect your glow sticks
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in and trainers.
Bring a water bottle and a towel (if you’d like to)
