This one’s going to be LOUD. After tearing it up supporting The Smashing Pumpkins in Colchester, Bridget. is stepping up to perform her first headline show in Ipswich— expect raw emotion, killer vocals, and the kind of stage presence that grabs you and doesn’t let go.
Three acts. One night. No fillers. This is the kind of show you’ll brag about seeing first. Tickets won’t hang around, so grab yours now and get ready for a night of pure alternative energy.
BRIDGET.: The definition of ‘powerhouse’. Bridget. effortlessly commands audiences with her electric stage presence. Boasting incredible vocal abilities and armed with a plethora of unrelenting, punk-fuelled tracks, she is a fresh, adrenaline-infused ball of hair and fury- essential for fans of Grunge/Punk riot grrrl chaos, recently opening for The Smashing Pumpkins and Skunk Anansie. Having chewed up various elements from a myriad of her favorite acts (Amyl and The Sniffers, Hole, PJ Harvey), Bridget spits out a truly captivating yet distinctive show. Her ‘run-into-battle’ energy and raw, unapologetic performance style have earned her airplay on BBC Radio 1’s Introducing Rock, Radio X and supporting as well as slots at major festivals such as Glastonbury and Bloodstock Open Air. A true force of nature.
A VOID: A Void is a 3 piece alt/grunge band formed in Paris before seeking exile in London, UK and has since been spreading their chaos all over the country as well as Germany and the Netherlands. Frontwoman Camille Alexander will charm you with her bewitching voice, then cut you in half with her chainsaw guitar riffs, and before you know it you’ll be roasting on a spike whilst the whole band runs around the fire in a circle singing eerie nursery rhymes.
EVY FREARSON: Evy is a British born actor/singer/songwriter, who loves to explore storytelling through multiple mediums. Her writing and playing style is influenced by her love of the legends and standards from the 70s and 90s , moving from Stevie Wonder to Jeff Buckley and then on to more contemporary artists such as Yebba & John Mayer.
