Information - Breathe, Release, Balance

Breathwork, Sound Healing & Guided Meditation

Regulate the nervous system.
Release stored emotions.
Return to balance.

This is a three-hour transformational experience designed to take you beyond the thinking mind and back into the body, the heart, and a deeper connection with yourself.

It combines holotropic-style breathwork, immersive sound healing, and guided meditation into one powerful, cohesive journey.

No previous experience is required in breathwork, sound healing, or meditation.
Whatever your background, you will be able to take part — and you will feel the impact.

The Experience

This experience is intentionally created to work below words.

The breathwork opens the body and nervous system, unlocking stored emotional energy and allowing release. For many, this is the first time they access emotions that have been held for years — sometimes since childhood.

The sound healing then carries you deeper. Many people experience this as expanded awareness, deep stillness, emotional clarity, or a profound connection to a deeper aspect of themselves — beyond noise, beyond effort.

The guided meditation brings everything back into the body. It grounds and integrates what has been released and realised, ensuring you leave feeling clear, settled, present, and safe.

This is not a passive experience.
It is embodied, emotionally real, and deeply human.

It is powerfully transformative and held with care, support, and your future wellbeing in mind.
