Information - Beginners Crochet – Amigurumi

Amigurumi is the Japanese art of making crocheted stuffed toys and animals. The technique is a little different to other types of crochet, so let our tutor guide you to make a small stuffed crochet critter during this class.

Great to give as gifts or just to keep at home yourself, this is a fun class that will teach you the techniques you need to get the best results.

In this class you will learn about:

  • making a magic ring
  • using different yarn textures
  • following a pattern
  • neat colour changes in the round
  • embroidering faces

Supplied: Some Yarn, An array of Hooks to try, refence books /patterns, tea and coffee
