Information - All About Hearing Christmas Quiz Night

Local hearing care specialists, All About Hearing, are very pleased to announce our Christmas Quiz Night for 2025, which is being held on Sunday 23rd November at Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre (Twelve Acre Approach, Kesgrave, Ipswich IP5 1JF), with a start time of 7.00pm.
Teams can include between 4 – 6 members and entry is £6 per person.
The event welcomes teams of all abilities to put their knowledge to the test while enjoying a friendly but competitive festive atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned quizzer or just looking for a great Christmas night out in support of a worthy cause, this is an event not to be missed.
On the night there will be a licensed bar, a big screen displaying all of the questions, and plenty of prizes to be won during the quiz itself and as part of a Christmas raffle, thanks to the generous support from local businesses.
This year, we will be raising money for For Get Me Not Golf. Local marketing agency Ginger Pickle has once again kindly agreed to be the Principal Supporter of the event.
Matthew Coward, Director for All About Hearing, said:
“Our quiz nights have become a real highlight in the community, and we’re delighted to be bringing a festive twist this year. It’s a fantastic opportunity to come together, enjoy some Christmas cheer, and support a brilliant cause at the same time.”
He added:
“We’re proud to be raising funds for For Get Me Not Golf, a wonderful charity helping empower people living with Dementia through the game of golf. With hearing loss being one of the most significant modifiable risk factors for dementia, the cause is especially close to our hearts.”
All of our previous events have sold out quickly. To secure your tickets please email info@allabouthearing.co.uk.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
