Good Health @Work supports, recognises, and celebrates SMEs across Suffolk that want to create a happier, healthier workplace. We’ve brought together a wide selection of useful and highly informative resources, covering 6 key topics, that can help make your business a great place to work. Our Navigator Service provides expert support to help SMEs enhance workplace health and work towards a Good Health @ Work Award, while our Ambassador Network connects businesses to a community for sharing insights, best practices, and mentorship.
We provide an SME friendly Resource Hub with guidance, legislation, and toolkits, all linked to improving your workplace and employee retention. These resources are free and available for all businesses and can support you in achieving the Good Health @Work Award. The Good Health @Work Award covers 6 standards that you will work towards. The Award framework is built around best practice and recognises Suffolk employers who invest in their employees’ health and wellbeing.
Once approved, you can use the Award to promote your business to existing employees, potential candidates, your local community and other business stakeholders. Use the free resources to transform your organisation and work towards an Award at either Bronze, Silver or Gold level.
