Join the celebration on Friday, 31st October 2025 at 12:30pm on the Town Hall steps, located at the iconic Ipswich Town Hall. The Ipswich Witches secured their hard-fought championship with a narrow 46-43 victory over the Leicester Lions in the Grand Final held at Foxhall Stadium. This landmark win ends a 27-year wait, showcasing the dedication, grit, and passion of the riders, management, and loyal fans alike.

Team manager Ritchie Hawkins described the night as “amazing for everyone involved at the club,” while captain Danny King, a figure synonymous with the Witches since his teenage years, said it was “a dream come true”. The success has certainly reignited the town’s pride in their beloved speedway team.

Mayor Stefan Long, who witnessed the final, remarked, “This is a momentous occasion for Ipswich. The Witches have brought joy and pride to our community, and we look forward to celebrating with them and their fans.”
