Information - Winter Talk – SCC’s Walking and Cycling Strategy.

The Ipswich Society’s February winter talk will be this Wednesday February 19th at the Museum Street Methodist Church (entrance on Blackhorse Lane). Our speaker, Graeme Mateer is Head of Transport Strategy for Suffolk County Council. Graeme will be presenting on the development of SCC’s Local Cycling Walking and Infrastructure Plan, and what that means for Ipswich, and will showcase a selection of schemes currently in progress. Graeme will also give a brief overview of Suffolk County Council’s soon to be adopted Local Transport Plan. The talk is free and open to all.

It starts at 7.30pm, with questions to the speaker plus tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards.
