Are you passionate about mental health? Want to be the person that your friends turn to when they aren’t feeling their best? Join Wellbeing Suffolk for this free workshop and become a Wellbeing Friend!
Wellbeing Friends sessions aim to get people thinking about health and wellbeing and how and where they can get help – not just for their own wellbeing but to help others too. The sessions will cover the range of mental health support that’s freely available from the Wellbeing Service and Suffolk Libraries, to help with things like improving your sleep, tackling anxiety and learning relaxation techniques.
