Information - Vinyl Communion: Gareth

Looking for a mid-week pick-me-up that hits all the right notes? Whether you’re a die-hard vinyl collector or just looking for a cool space to hang out with friends, we’ve got just the thing for you right here in the heart of Ipswich.

Spinning the Best in Alt, Electronica, and Indie

Get ready to cleanse your soul at The Church for a special edition of Vinyl Communion. This time, Gareth will be taking over the decks, spinning an eclectic and curated selection of Alt, Electronica, and Indie tracks all night long. There is something truly special about the warm, rich sound of vinyl, and there is no better place to experience it than in the unique atmosphere of this iconic venue.

Cocktails, Beer, and Good Vibes

It’s not just about the music! While Gareth provides the soundtrack to your evening, you can indulge in a fantastic selection of cocktails, craft beers, and tasty nibbles. Whether you want to relax in a corner and soak up the tunes or have a catch-up over a few drinks, the vibe is set to be perfectly laid back.

The Church Cafe/Bar will be open from 12pm if you want to get settled in early, with the main Vinyl Communion event kicking off at 5pm and running through until 10pm.

Everyone is Welcome

The best part? Entry is completely free! Hallelujah to that! It’s the perfect excuse to head into town, support a local venue, and enjoy some top-tier music without breaking the bank.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
