Celebrate the Debut EP Release from The Pomegranates at The Smokehouse

Get ready for a massive night of local music! If you love discovering fresh indie rock, you won’t want to miss this. Stowmarket’s very own The Pomegranates are heading to Ipswich to celebrate the release of their debut EP, “Through the Garden Gate.” While they are well-known across the Suffolk music scene, this will be their very first time playing a show right here in Ipswich, and they are ready to blow the roof off The Smokehouse!

Expect high energy, catchy indie anthems, and a night that showcases the very best of our region’s rising stars.

Meet the Line-up

The Pomegranates are joined by some fantastic support acts to make this a full night of incredible music:

  • The Pomegranates: An up-and-coming force in indie rock. Their sound is built on a wide range of influences, resulting in energetic tracks that stay stuck in your head long after the show ends.
  • Not A Chance: Bringing a fresh voice to indie pop-rock, this band blends youthful energy with raw, honest songwriting that captures the feeling of growing up in an uncertain world.
  • Sam Milne & The Tyrants: One of our very own local talents! 16-year-old Sam Milne is already making waves, having opened the Brighten the Corners Festival in 2025. Along with his backing band, The Tyrants, he’ll be bringing original indie rock to the stage.
