Information - The Phoenix Club

The Phoenix Club is open and serving hot meals every Friday!

The Phoenix Project is an independent mental health charity based at the Quaker Meeting House on Fonnereau Road in Ipswich. We have an open door policy with a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.

The Phoenix Club operates here on a Friday from 10am – 2pm. We are a friendly and inclusive group of adults 16+ who are affected by mental health issues.

We are a social group offering friendship, support, understanding and a listening ear.

On Fridays at 12pm we offer a nutritious lunch, which includes a vegetarian option and other dietary needs by prior arrangement. Booking by 12pm advisable. Anyone is welcome to join us for a tea or coffee from 10am.

Teas/Coffees: 50p
