Information - Teen Wild Skills: Wildlife Photography in Chantry Park

Join us as we explore the beautiful and historic Chantry Park in Ipswich and snap our way across the park, capturing urban wildlife at its best. Chantry Park is home to many species of plants, animals, birds and insects, and we will aim to capture at least some of all of these!

We invite young people to join us with their smart phones, tablets or cameras, learning how to capture urban wildlife at its best, building skills, and gaining expert knowledge and tuition from Kevin throughout the session.

This event is aimed at young people aged 11 – 16.

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
