Information - Sunday Yoga

Welcome to my Sunday morning yoga classes!

9-10am – Active beginners. Suitable for those that may be new to yoga or returning after a break.

10.10-11.10 -Relaxed beginners. Suitable for people looking for a relaxing yoga class, again may be new or looking for a relaxing way to flow through the weekend.

I also teach yoga in schools and run workshops. I am available for one to one sessions and also corporate sessions in the workplace. Drop me a message or follow on socials if you have ideas of how yoga can work for you!
