Information - Suffolk Soul Singers Youth

Suffolk Soul Singers Youth (SSSY) is a brand new singing group for young people aged 8-17 in Ipswich. Launching Thursday 16th April, and running weekly 5-6pm during term time.

This is an inclusive group for young people who want to explore music, creativity and connection.

  • No auditions or experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and curiosity
  • Learn songs and harmonies by ear, no need to read music
  • Sessions that support well-being and creativity
  • A space to discover your voice and develop you musical skill
  • Inclusive sessions aimed to grow confidence and communication skills
  • Make friends, build community and enjoy singing together

We believe that developing your musicianship can happen from any genre, and we will embed this learning in the music you love.

At SSSY we want our members to guide the group – You choose the music, we make it happen!
