Information - Springboard for Adults

Our fun, friendly and inclusive Springboard classes give adults with additional needs the opportunity to move and explore, using dance as a tool to develop skills.

The classes offer a safe and welcoming space, that includes creativity, movement games, sensory props and structured exercises and routines.  All classes are designed to encourage self-expression, build confidence, and develop social skills.

The classes are led by Margherita and assisted by Eva and Olivia, who all have lots of experience working alongside people with additional needs.

From these classes, you can expect:

  • A place to express yourself
  • To learn new skills
  • A social space
  • A positive impact on your body and mind
  • A safe welcoming environment
  • To explore using dance props
  • Learn dance routines

How to book
Springboard classes are offered as Pay As You Go or by booking a full-term course (with the option to pay in half termly instalments). For more information, please call our sales team on 01473 295230.

Bookings will close each week on a Friday at midday. This is to allow us enough time to send out the required forms for you to complete so that we have all the necessary information to share with the tutor before you participate in the class. If you are already an existing participant, you can still book on after this time by calling our sales team.

If you are unsure about coming along, you are welcome to book a taster session by getting in touch.
