Information - Spill 2025 – LEVIATHAN ARTIST WALK

SPILL Festival is an internationally renowned celebration of arts, culture, and performance in Ipswich.

Join Leviathan artist Mark Požlep on a short walk from the village of Shotley toward Erwarton Bay.
Experience part of Mark’s inspirational journey along the Suffolk coast and, along the way, encounter one of the 24 landscapes featured in the installation.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Mark Požlep (b. 1981, Slovenia) works in visual and performance art, spatial installations, and video. His practice centers on journey-based projects, using observation and reflection as core methods. He has exhibited internationally in solo and group shows, and received several awards and grants, including the Villa Albertine grant (2021), Andy Warhol Foundation grant (2020), and the OHO Award (2016).
