Information - Simon Brodkin: Unleashed

Get ready for a night of world-class comedy right here in the heart of Ipswich! We are thrilled to announce that the legendary prankster and stand-up sensation Simon Brodkin is bringing his brand-new tour, Unleashed, to the Regent Theatre.

You probably know him best as the creator of the smash-hit BBC series Lee Nelson’s Well Good Show, or perhaps you remember him as the man who famously handed a P45 to Theresa May or showered Sepp Blatter with cash. Simon has made a name for himself with his daring stunts, but he’s also one of the most electric stand-up comedians performing today.

What’s the Show About?

Following the massive success of his previous tour, ‘Screwed Up’—which sold out three nights at the Hammersmith Apollo—Simon is back and bigger than ever. Unleashed is a high-energy show packed with the sharp punchlines and incredible crowd work that Simon is famous for.

Nothing is off-limits this time around! Whether he’s ripping into the world of wild swimmers and vape shops, or sharing his hilarious takes on Greta Thunberg and his wife’s friends Claire and Carl, you’re guaranteed a night of non-stop laughter.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
