Information - Serenade Sessions

Join us for an intimate acoustic night at CHIp Studios, featuring two brilliant local acts:
Grace Calver 💫 – A witty and heartfelt indie-pop singer-songwriter from East Anglia, Grace turns everyday highs and lows into tongue-in-cheek anthems you’ll hum for days 🎵. Having supported The Lottery Winners, Alfie Templeman, Leah Weller and King No-One, she brings charisma, charm, and catchy choruses to every performance 💖.
EllY Tree 🌳 – Expect a wildly creative mix of art-folk-pop-punk-world music from EllY Tree—songs you can dance 💃, laugh 😂, and cry 😢 to, often all at once. With fab uke playing and a style described as “weirdly wonky punk folk,” their set will be a rollercoaster of heartfelt storytelling and bold musical flair 🌈.
This event is all about celebrating unique voices and fueling the vibrant music scene in Ipswich 🌆✨. If you love honest lyrics, inventive sounds, and raw acoustic energy, this is your night.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
