Become that rare person who can handle themselves in any threatening situation

  • Join us for a free 2 hour intro class. No experience required. Mixed classes (14 yrs+).
  • We train on Sundays 10:00–12:00 and Thursdays 18:00–20:00 at Murrayside Community Centre
