Information - Renew Wellbeing Cafe (Taste Cafe)

Do you or does someone you know struggle with mental health? Would you appreciate a space where it’s ok not to be ok? You are very welcome to the renew wellbeing cafe.

Open every Thursday from 12noon until 2pm at the Taste Community Cafe.

Join us for free tea, coffee and cake, conversation, hobbies and signposting to mental health services. Every session ends with an optional prayer for those who would like to stay.
