🕯️ What is it?
QiGoth is an alternative wellness class. Niche and unique blending of Qigong, Tai Chi, mindful movement, breathwork and meditation, set to moody goth, metal, and darkwave sounds, created for beginners and all bodies.

It’s inclusive, accessible, and designed to support mental health, neurodivergence, and resilience.
