Information - Park Yoga and Meditation
A warm summer’s morning in the stunning Christchurch Park. The smell of the neighbouring flowers carries in the breeze. The sound of the birds chirping away to one another as the town begins to stir. A welcoming and inclusive space for us all to move, breathe and relax amongst friends new and old as we give thanks for the week gone.
The session is suitable for all abilities, ages, genders, shapes, sizes, sexualities, backgrounds, beliefs and skin colours. This is a safe and respectful space for everyone.
