Meet the Bands

Nailbed

Based right here in Ipswich, Nailbed are an explosive trio that bring the rawest edge to the local alternative scene. With deep roots in grunge, heavy metal, and post-hardcore, their sound channels the intensity of bands like Basement, Alice in Chains, and Pantera. Prepare yourself for hard-hitting, boundary-pushing metal that demands your full attention.

Apøllø

Hailing from Essex and London, Apøllø deliver a fierce blend of grunge, metal, and rock. Their heavy and gripping sound has rapidly gained them a strong fanbase, making this a chance to catch their powerful live energy in Ipswich.

Insidious

Emerging from Cambridge’s metal scene, Insidious are part of the new wave of extreme metal. Inspired by genres like Nü-Metal, Death Metal, and Metalcore, and influenced by bands such as Limp Bizkit, Knocked Loose, Deftones, and Korn, they bring intense stage performances packed with mosh pits you won’t want to miss!

Exit

Formed in late 2024, Exit are making waves in Ipswich with their distinctive mix of grunge-inspired lead guitar solos and alt-metal vocals. Despite their recent debut, they have become fan favourites thanks to captivating drum solos, bass-driven energy, radiant vocals, and unforgettable guitar tones. Soon to release their music publicly, this is your chance to see a band on the rise and get caught up in the experience.
