Self Harmony brings you… Music For Mind Suffolk- bringing together local music artist and creatives in aid of Suffolk Mind- a local charity championing well-being in the Suffolk area. Mental health and creativity go hand in hand as all creativity stems from the mind. Bringing these two worlds together in glorious harmony (see what I did there? 😉)
Situated in the majestic St Stephens Church smack bang in the centre of Ipswich and run by the locally famous Brighten The Corners. This event will be a night to remember.
