Run in collaboration with DanceEast, our Moving Mind sessions are open to those who feel drawn to the idea of dance and movement as a way to support their mental health and wellbeing.
We aim to create a safe and supportive space to give members the freedom to express themselves while having fun. There is no pressure on anyone to ‘perform’ with members encouraged to progress at their own pace and physical ability.
Sessions are free to attend, with just a suggested donation
Open to anyone 18+ years, no prior referral or booking is required.
