Information - Make A Mammal Footprint Tunnel

Join our family-friendly, interactive sessions as part of our Love Mammals Week this February half-term. This event will run on 20 February with 45-minute sessions at 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM and 3 PM.

Have you ever wondered which mammals visit your garden at night? Come along to find out how to identify small mammals just by looking at their footprints. You will also make an eco-friendly footprint tunnel, using upcycled materials, to take away and set up in your own garden to carry out your own scientific survey! All materials will be provided along with full guidance.

The duration for each session will be 45 minutes.

The workshop will take place in the Great Hall which is accessible and located on the ground floor.

The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
