Information - M-Powered Menopause Group at Gainsborough

Join us at Gainsborough Community Library for our monthly M-Powered menopause group!

M-powered Groups are friendly and informal social groups for anyone experiencing the perimenopause or menopause. Come along to share your experiences with like-minded people and empower each other over a cuppa and a biscuit in a calm, relaxed environment.

This group is for people experiencing menopausal symptoms. To ensure we are able to hold safe, open and honest discussions, we kindly ask that attendees consider whether these groups are appropriate for them.

This event takes place on the third Monday of every month at 5.45PM.
