Information - Lino Print Workshop

Learn the art of lino printing in a relaxed and friendly workshop that will guide you through each stage of the lino printing process  – from carving your design into lino through to hand pressing a series of your own prints!

There are two 2024 dates to choose from:

  • Saturday 24th February
  • Wednesday 6th March

Workshops run from 10:30am – 2:30pm at Craft Baba (32 St. Peter’s Street, Ipswich), and cost £50.00 per person.

These workshops are suitable for absolute beginners with no prior linocut experience!

All equipment will be provided, and you will have the chance to experiment with different types of lino and paper, and different coloured inks.

Class sizes are small, and you can go at your pace and receive individualised tuition along the way. There are some lovely independent cafes nearby where you will be able to grab a hot drink or something to eat, and you can take a break from the workshop if and whenever you like!

Hannah (of White Rabbit Black Cat co) is an artist living and working in Ipswich, creating art inspired by nature and the environment.
