Information - Let’s Talk Women’s Health

Join us for a day of empowering discussions, expert-led talks, and interactive workshops which all share one simple goal: to create a greater understanding of women’s health.

Come together to hear from healthcare professionals and industry experts on some of the key health concerns faced by women in the UK; from managing heavy periods and endometriosis, to sex and contraception, fertility, mental health, skin cancer, breast cancer, menopause and more.

With a relaxed festival-style format, you can pick and choose from a range of breakout sessions throughout the day, each with a unique focus on a different area of women’s wellbeing. In between sessions, you can enjoy browsing the incredible range of stalls and displays from local businesses – and maybe grab a treat or two!

Whether you’re thinking about your own health or you want to learn how to better support someone you care about, don’t miss out on this opportunity to supercharge your sense of wellbeing and discover ways to live your most empowered life.
